I love hot food and especially special chillies, here is some hanging on a wall in the south of France near the Spanish border, in the basce (Spelling to be determined) region.

I brought home some sauce from the region and it was wonderful, only I can’t pop out and get some more.

It is interesting how food during traditional preparation like here is attractive as a decoration as much as a source of food. Drying MacDonalds burgers would not look quite so attractive.
